Julie,So sorry no one has responded to you sooner on your posting. I just stumbled across this post myself. Are you fighting custody in Stark Co.?
If you and your child are not being heard and you feel your basic legal and cival rights are being " screwed ", consider the links I have provided below to help you. Also if you feel you and your legal councel are not being heard in the "Pro-Male Old boy's Club of Stark Co. Family courts", and the "GUARDIAN AD LITAM " (joke of a court appointed parent) is not considering your interests your attorney should be filing a complaint against the Stark Co court and Judge hearing your case with the ACLU. I am having a problem with Child Services too! I have been trying to get my grandson back from those retched people. They have been giving my daughter a very hard time. If you have found out any way to get help with this problem please let me know. They are now threatening to adopt my grandson out.Gabby48 |

i havent been on here in awhile, i lost my kids to djfs in may. they got adopted by there foster family. I still am looking for answers on how to help others. i am 4 months pregnant now and djfs will step in and take my baby. im hopen to sign my rights over to my fiancee(babys father). I want to start a support group in stark county for parents, famlies and friends that are and have dealt with djfs. Keep FIGHTING no matter what!!!! even though I dont have my kids now, I will see them when they are older and ready and want to be the best mother to them. Dont give up and there is an onbudsman you can call and a web site to try. i dont know it on hand but will post it. goodluck

Hello All. I am a Guardian. I work for the child. Not the parent. I spend much time, energy, emotions, class time not to mention gas money to work on my casses. This is volunteer work. As Guardians we are taught to try to keep the child with their parents. (Parent) It's strickly up to you and your behavior. All you need to do is exactly what the court says. Pretty simple. Hard work? Yes. Something you've done got you to where you are. Stop blaming others for it. Step uo to the plate. Actions speak louder than words.
If you love your child (children) prove it. We're here to help. Not help you make excuses for yourselves. Get a job, do your drug tests, attend REnew, whatever it is you'be been ordered to do. Then tell us you're being "Screwed"Good Luck to all. Better yet, go luck to your children..They didn't ask for this. Ted |

To Ted...I'm glad you live in a fantasy world. Our guardian cost us $2,500 and LIED in her report filed with the court. I have the evidence!

I as well paid my gal 4 a private case. she WASNT free b4 child services steped in, then she was free at there expense. I DID DO EVERYTHING I was suppose to do. Renew, 12 week parenting class and NEVER failed a urine screen or hair sample. TED u live in FANTASY LAND. Im glad u work 4 free when other GAL'S are getting paid $20.00 for a 1 minute phone call..julie ann gage |

Summit county is no better. And Ted, "Our prisons are also full of innocent people. just ask them." Spoken like a true only for what the courts want person. "Do what the courts ask" That is bull too! My Grandchildren were taken from there Mom (based on a lie) and given to the father. (Oh by the way, they could never did prove what she was accused of either) A person with a crimial record. One being abuse! Just to mention one of 6 things. There needs to be a court system to look over CSB. Stop the changing of court records and dates to suit the courts. We also have the proof of the wrong doings. But it will cost over $10,000 to fix the mess they caused. Good luck Julieann. You will need it dealing with these crooked and uncaring people. |

I lost my 3 children to Stark County about 15 years ago. What I discovered while trying to fight for my rights as a mother is that there are no other government agencies that over-see the actions of local child welfare agencies.I called Columbus to talk with the state's child protective services and was told that local offices were independent of state oversight. I got the same response when I contacted the Federal Child Protection office. I completed a case plan and re-established myself as an upstanding and functioning member of society, yet was denied my children anyway. My case was a failure of the system as it is intended to work. I have heard many similar stories over the years of women and men who tried everything they could to regain custody of their children only to have them placed with other families. My most distressing moment during the case was when my case worker (and I still remember her name!) sat at my parent's kitchen table and told us "You will never have a child in this county as long as I work here." I often wonder if she still works there..... |

They are all Liers, just never trust any of their socialist workers.... they are worse than commies and should be hanged for treason and high crimes against american families; they all conspire to steal children for perversions and profit $$$$
You can't play fair with any of them and expect to win, realize they are ALL very Corrupt....
You must find ways to "Hurt them and Their co-conspiritors Personally", to have any chance of saving your children !!!! Your dealing with a very corrupt communistic system ; they are very bad, Evil, Conspiring Whore Types.... They only fear Personalized PAIN, Monetary or Physical PAIN!!!!! Almost nothing, "else", will get them to cooperate with you!!!! You must hurt them and make them feel real PAIN !!!!

I have been fighting against "the good old boys club" and a very crooked judge and guardian for over 2 years to help my child. My child was placed with her abuser and both the judge and guardian would not listen to two deputies, teachers, family and friends nor look at pictures of the abuse. My child now is in my ex's care because I was accused of Parental Alienation. I am getting ready to start a federal lawsuit against my judge, guardian, psychologist and lawyer that did this wrong to my family and to hopefully get my child home safely. Anyone want to join me in my lawsuit? Please contact me if so. By the way...my guardian was not free! $4000 for her to write a bogus report including false statements and "interviews" with people who she never even talked to. She made the report to fit what the judge wanted it to be. Found out my guardian is trying to get a magistrate position under this judge so she is just a whore for the court! |

Please help me! I need to get in contact with as many women as possible that have been wronged by the Judges of stark county family court (the good old boys) and their Guardian. Also, anyone whose abuse went unheard by CPS and you believe it is because they were ordered to not investigate by the judge. I am putting together a federal lawsuit to help clean up these courts! Please help me! The more voices we have, the more we can do! |

I am needing to get in contact with as many women as possible that have been wronged by "the good old boys" Stark County Family court Judges, CPS and Guardians of stark county. I am currently preparing a federal lawsuit to try to fix these problems with the courts and need as many women as possible to join with me. The more we have, the more we will be heard. Is there anything we can do? The judges of stark county family court are crooked as well as the guardians and CPS! No one has helped my family be safe from our abuser! We need help! We have been fighting for our freedom from abuse for almost 3 years and the judge just allows it to continue because my ex is a man in uniform and the judge loves him!

First, those websites mentioned no longer work.
Second, you can't fight on a gender basis. The CORRUPT family court system could care less if you're a man or a woman. All they want is your MONEY! I know this from experience. I'm a grandma but it was my innocent son who had his kids stolen by these EVIL MONSTERS.Justice is non-existant in family court. It's not based on a criminal system therefore they can make up fairy tale rules and get away with it. The whole family court system needs to be crushed and that includes, judges, lawyers, guardian ad litems, child services, CASA, independent service agencies...etc. They've all jumped on this nefarious bandwagon with dollar signs in their eyes.
They care NOTHING about children! The phrase, "In the best interest of the child" is so perverse it makes me want to puke. Our story could be a book but the fact is that the "court system" let our boy stay with a lying, manipulative, drug addicted foster woman who was force-feeding our boy with drugs he didn't need because they saw a loving father and knew he would give them every last penny he had in order to save his son.
Their total disregard for human life just disgusts me!

janetsmee I some how stumbled over this page and I was wonder what steps you take to get a law suit aganist stark county cps I need help I have been dealing with them for 5 years there was many false alligations against my family I lost my 2 boys for 9 months and they left a no contact order in place on my husband and children I went in jan. 2010 to try to get it lifted and while doing so I now have an open case with cps as we speak on the bases of trying to lift that order please e-mail me jshuck_06@yahoo.com I need some help and dont no where to turn so glad I found this site shows me I am not alonejennifer shuck |
